A little trip to Freiburg im Breisgau (EDTF) 🛩️❤️
The flight over the Black Forest is already a real scenic highlight! 😍 Approaching via Runway 34 takes you directly over the city – please make sure to follow the published traffic pattern and observe the corresponding altitude restrictions.
As the wind shifted during our visit, we eventually landed on Runway 16. 🛩️
EDTF is a really nice and easy-going airfield for a day trip. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant directly at the airfield, but the nearest tram stop is only about a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can head straight into Freiburg city centre. 🚋
You’ll find plenty of restaurants, charming little streets and, of course, the beautiful old town of Freiburg waiting to be explored. 🏘️🍽️
A perfect destination for a day trip or even a weekend getaway! ☀️
